Frequently Asked Questions - Online Learning & Credits

1. Login at https://learn.sgmp.org with your regular SGMP login credentials. Forgot your login credentials? Email [email protected] and we can reset your login credentials.
2. Navigate to your dashboard using the left-hand navigation.
3. Click on “certifications.”
4. You will see which certifications you have earned, and when they expire.
5. You will also see how many hours you have earned toward recertification under “In-Progress” on the certifications screen.

If there are any errors in your profile/transcript, please contact [email protected] immediately so we can correct your information.

1. Login at https://learn.sgmp.org with your regular SGMP login credentials.
2. Check that you are enrolled in the recertification package on the certification tab of your Dashboard. If “CGMP” shows up as “in progress” on this tab, you are enrolled in the package. If you are not enrolled, there should be a button labeled “enroll” – click it. If you cannot determine if you are enrolled in recertification, please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.
3. To earn credits, click on “Earn Credits” in the top navigation bar.
4. Choose from any of the online courses to earn credits toward your recertification.
5. Once you have completed the course, it should appear both on your transcript, and as an elective point in your progress bar on the “in-progress” section of your certifications tab.
6. Note that you can now pay the $100 recertification fee directly via the learning platform.

Yes. The paper application form is still available online here: https://sgmp.memberclicks.net/recertification. Fill out the form and email it to [email protected] and we will grant your recertification both in your learning profile and your member profile for your records. Be sure to include all your certificates as attachments in your email.

2. Navigate to your dashboard using the left-hand navigation.
3. Click on “Fulfillments.”
4. Click on “Add Additional Credits/Experience” and follow the prompts. Be sure to upload a copy of all certificates you have received & select the “CGMP” certification to apply the credits to your recertification. Certificates should include your name, the event name, and the date of the event, at a minimum.
5. The system will email our Education Director who will review your submissions. Approved credits will appear on your transcript.
