Registration Policy and Pricing
MiSGMP Registration Policies – Revised June 2024
- It is requested all registration fees be paid prior to the meeting/event. If unable to make an online payment, cash or check is the only form of payment that will be accepted in-person on the day of the meeting/event.
- Registration ends the Thursday prior to the meeting/event at 5:00 p.m.
- Registrations after 5:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to the meeting/event must be approved by the chapter's treasurer.
- When a written/emailed registration cancellation request is received prior to 5 p.m. the Thursday before the event, a credit will be issued to the individual’s MiSGMP account for the amount paid. Registration fee credits can only be used for future MiSGMP event registration fees. No refunds are provided.
- MiSGMP strongly discourages onsite/walk-in registrations. Members who choose to register at the door will incur the standard monthly meeting registration fee for their member type, the standard $20 late registration fee, and an extra $25 walk-in fee. Please note that meal availability cannot be guaranteed for walk-in registrants.
- A guest may attend a maximum of two MiSGMP sponsored programs/events at the applicable guest rate. To attend additional MiSGMP sponsored programs/events, one must become a MiSGMP member.
