Make a Donation

Are you interested in donating an item to our NEC Silent Auction? Please be sure to submit the following information so that we can complete the listing of your donation in our platform:

• Your name & contact details (phone, email, address)
• Name of your company/organization
• Your company logo
• Title of your donation
• Description of your donation
• Photo of your donation
• Any restrictions, limitations, expirations or other information about your donation
• Estimated value of your donation

Submit your Donation

Because of the logistics of our event, we ask that all donations be shipped or sent directly to winning bidders. We will display a description of the item you have donated, along with your logo and company/organization information in our Silent Auction bidding platform. We will reach out to you following the event with the name, email address, and shipping information for the winning bidder. All donations are due no later than April 30, 2026.
